Golden hike 5 days
If we are looking for to smell the Flowers, enjoy the sun rises an sun sets on the hike, explore the trail it self, then we have to take five days to be on the Inca trail, so you can really enjoy it.
This is the Kind of program that will take it easy on the Trail, we just have to go after all the regular hikers and we have the trail for our self's!!!.
Itinerary:
Day 01

Hotel in Cusco - Wayllabamba
we came to your hotel to pick you up for our departure from Cusco to Km 82 ( Piskacucho), with a brief stop in Ollaytaytambo, where you can buy last minute gear and personal items. We arrive to Piscacucho where the hike begins on a strolling, (kind of flat path) along the Urubamba River and then shifts upward until our lunch stop. Along the way, we get some close-up view of the archaeological sites like Qhanamarca, Llactapata then we lead you to our campsite for the night.
Day 02
Wayllabamba - Warmiwanusca - Paqaymayu

This is the challenging day and we start hiking up to the highest point of the Inca Trail (Dead Woman's Pass). along the way we do notice several ecological zones and be able to discern between the different micro climates. the pass is at 4,200 meters/13,780 feet above sea level. Our descent will eventually take us to the campsite Pacaymayo, where we have a well deserved rest, and dinner.
Day 03
Paqaymayu - Chaquicocha - Phuyupatamarca

The most beautiful part of the hike, because you will be hiking on trails that has been place over 600 years!, a 45 minute hike up to the second pass on the Inca Trail (3950 meters/12,959 feet above sea level). Along the way we are able to visit different Inca sites including Runcuracay, Sayacmarca, along the way our guides provides information about the history and significance of the places that you visit, wildlife and plants throughout the hike, finally reaching Phuyupatamarca , were we camp
Day 04Phuyupatamarca - Winaywayna - Machu Picchu - Aguas calientes

Day 05
Aguas calientes machupicchu back to Cusco
